TOWN UNION EFFORT TO ENSURE A FULL HOUSE AT THEIR MEETING

This letter was issued to Ward Chiefs in Amankwo

8th April 2010

ATTN: Chief, Mr. ………………………

……………………………………..Ward.

Dear Sir

WARD REPRESENTATIVES

Our record showed that your ward representative(s) 1. ……………………

2. …………………………………. and 3. …………………………………

are yet to register his / their presence at the Town Union General Meetings.
It is disheartening that dispite efforts being made by the present regime to ensure a full house in the Town Union Meetings, your ward/representavives continued to sabotage our efforts.
We have resolved to take the following measures as a means of confronting this issue of ward representatives: -

1. We shall delete names of your defaulting representatives from our records, as we can not accommodate ghost members in the Town Union.
2. We shall have the right to appoint any person, we deemed fit, from your ward to represent you.

3. Your ward shall stand to be fined Two Thousand Naira (N2000) in every general meeting till your 3 ward representatives are seen in our meetings.

Fortunately for you, January to April 2010 was taken as grace period, hence enforcement of the above measures will commence by May, 2010
Our next general meeting will be on Sunday 2nd May 2010 at Amankwo Ndiagu Primary School hall. Representatives are always communicated on our activities through SMS

Thank you.

Engr. Silas Anonde

(Secretary)
