LETTER OF APPRECIATION AND APPEAL

The Amankwo Oghe Town Union and the entire commmunity hereby express our profound gratitude for the sinking of water Borehole in our community.

The entire community was thrown into joy, when the Borehole project commenced some time last year. We thank you for remembering us.

However, more than six months has elasped since the sinking of the Borehole, without the thirsty community drinking from the Borehole. This is because the project remained uncompleted since then. The over-head tank(s) and distribution pipes have not been constructed.and no work is going at the site.

The community wonders if there is any omission our part that has lead to this aberration. Other neighbuoring communities with similar projects are already drinking water from their Borehole.

Please sir, we appeal to your goog office to help us copmplete the water Borehole project.

We thank you for your anticipated quick response.
