Other dignitaries include The Senior Special Asst. To Governor on Water and Managing Director of Enugu State Water Corporation Hon. O'Brien Ofordu, The managing Director of Enugu State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency (ENRUWASA)to mention but a few.
