AN APPEAL FOR FUND INVITATION OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO THE COMMUNITY The Town Union during its General meeting of 2nd June 2013 has resolved to intensify its effort to bring Government Developmental projects to the community. One of the Agenda of the present Governor of Enugu State Bar. Sullivan .I. Chime as revealed to the town union leaders in Enugu State, during our interaction with the Rural Development Commissioner, Dr. Eric Oludo, is to ensure that every community in the state have the basic amenities which include water , electricity, good road, schools etc. before the end of his administration in 2015. The commissioner therefore urged the Town Union leaders to liaise with the relevant Government Agencies to ensure they attract these developments to their communities. In the light of the above, the town union had made approaches to some agencies, and some had promised to make official visits to the community to see the present condition of the amenities in the community and take necessary measures to provide in the areas we are lacking. The financial requirements of such visits include entertaining them and a purse for their fuel. We are using this medium to appeal to individuals and groups to assist us financially to enable us carry out this task. We thank you in advance for your support.
